Test of Essential Academic Skills漏 (TEAS)
Eligible candidates for the nursing program are required to complete the Assessment Technologies Institute庐 Test of Essential Academic Skills漏 (TEAS), a diagnostic test that students take as they go through the admissions process. ATI TEAS is the most widely adopted admissions exam in nursing education because it effectively evaluates students鈥� academic readiness for the rigors of nursing studies.

The TEAS consists of:
- 209-minute timed assessment
- 170 multiple-choice questions with 4 answer options and alternate-type items.
- 150 scored questions and 20 unscored pre-test questions.

The student will register for the TEAS Online Proctored by ATI at . The student will choose 鈥淎TI Remote Proctor 鈥� Nursing.鈥� Please ensure that the scores are sent to 香港六合彩开奖直播. Follow the directions provided by ATI.
Every student must prepare for this test. ATI, the official provider of the exam, recommends that you allow yourself at least six weeks to prepare for it. The ATI website has a 鈥渉ow to prepare鈥� tab. Explore their study materials to optimize performance and successfully achieve a level of 鈥淧roficient,鈥� which is the minimum level of preparedness required for admission to the nursing program at 香港六合彩开奖直播.
The TEAS needs to have been taken within one year of the student鈥檚 application. If you take more than once, the highest score will be considered for your application.
Please note that the Selection Committee in the School of Nursing is piloting a point admission system for the program 鈥� points will be allocated based on the TEAS score 鈥� the higher the score the more points a student can achieve.
The TEAS exam needs to be completed by the time of submitting your application.
Complete applications for the spring 2023 nursing cohort are due October 1, 2022.
